During the pandemic, activities through cyberspace can be a way to get entertainment. Nevertheless, for such a long time, virtual activities have also turned into new stressors. Sources of stress are life events, chronic tension and everyday problems (Malahayati, 2019). Stress also can interfere with the work of the endocrine system, causing irregular menstruation and pain during menstruation (Martini et al., 2014)). Menstruation is often followed by pain (dysmenorrhea) due to an increase in prostaglandin F2 due to a decrease in the hormones estrogen and progesterone. Prostaglandin F2 functions to stimulate mild rhythmic contractions of the myometrium (smooth muscle layer) of the uterus. Uterine contractions that are too strong due to excessive production of prostaglandin F2 are what cause dysmenorrhea. This study aims to analyze the effect of stress on the scale of primary dysmenorrhea during the pandemic. The method of the study is a quantitative study with an observational analytic design using a cross sectional approach, namely by taking stress data and primary dysmenorrheal scale at the same time and only taking data once. The result shows that Chi-Square p value = 0.0001, so it can be concluded that there is an influence between stress on primary dysmenorrhoea in which 27.6% experienced very severe stress with severe dysmenorrhoea. However, considering the limitations of this study, the researcher hopes that further studies will be carried out regarding the factors that cause stress and primary dysmenorrhea.

This service activity aims to enhance the impact of the Center of Peace, Conflict, and Democracy (CPCD) in the Wajo District by raising participants’ comprehension of conflict resolution and honing their negotiation abilities. The CPCD team has determined that conflicts between the residents of Wajo and PT Perkebunan Nusantara (PTPN) stem from disputes over land use rights (HGU). The research center at Hasanuddin University assisted in conflict areas, specifically in South Sulawesi and eastern Indonesia. Furthermore, CPCD delivered messages in training to identify possible opportunities for conflict resolution. To evaluate the outcomes of the training, the securitization approach was utilized, which focuses on the actions taken by actors such as local government officials, for example regents, sub-district heads, and village heads. The training results show that their level of understanding is increasing, and the CPCD’s approach is novel in this region.

This research intends to reveal the urgency of the practice of tadib in SMP (Junior High School) Tahfi? al-Quran at Tahfi? Mahad YASIN Kudus. The type of study used in this paper is qualitative; the author conducts the stages of obtaining the resulting data, including conducting interviews and observing and providing supporting documentation. The approach uses descriptive phenomenology. The author tries to explain the results of data from informants related to the urgency of tadib in supporting the process of memorizing the Quran (Tahfi?) at SMP Tahfi? Mahad YASIN Kudus. This is very important because it is closely related to building moral manners in students to Kalamullah. One form of tadib towards the Quran is to read it as often as possible in a tikrar or repeat it as much as possible. The final result of this research shows that students of SMP Tahfi? Mahad YASIN Kudus practice this tadib concept. When viewed from the perspective of Muhammad Naquib al-Attass thought, tadib is central to the process of education and learning. In this context, Adab refers to discipline towards the physical and spiritual, emphasizing the position of physical and spiritual potential. Tadib is also intended to control the mind and soul to achieve something positive in both aspects, to show the correct behaviour and avoid the wrong behaviour.

Textually speaking, this study aims to enhance Indonesian values through teaching history on the theme of local heroes. Heroes are usually associated with local principles, traditions, and cultures. Building and preserving local identity and pride was greatly helped by local heroes. Their contribution is in accordance with the needs and characteristics of the community. This research was conducted qualitatively and using literary studies. The results of the research suggest that, firstly, the understanding of local heroes must be relevant to classroom history teaching from a philosophical and pedagogical point of view; secondly, fears or apriori about the emergence of primordialism or ethnosentrism in local history education must be eliminated; and thirdly, educators and historians, not students, must create popular ideas like a local hero.

Qualitatively, this research examines the reality of several cases of violent conflict between teachers and students; a problem still often occurs, so an effective solution is needed. Affection is the method chosen as one of the solutions. So, the purpose of this study is to explore the implementation of Ibn Khalduns perspective affection method in improving the affective quality of students. This field research took place at MTs Assalam Kudus, Indonesia. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation and then analyzed with the stages of reduction, presentation, and clarification/conclusion. The results of this study indicate that applying the compassion method in learning fiqh can lead students to improve affective quality. In addition, this study can provide a deep understanding of the impact of the method of affection initiated by Ibn Khaldun on the affective quality of students. The practical implications of this research can contribute to the development of learning that is more oriented towards the affective aspects of students, especially by applying the method of compassion in the context of Islamic education.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge, work quality, and commitment on performance through job satisfaction in the family assistance team to accelerate stunting reduction in Lamongan Regency. This research has theoretical and practical benefits. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The power collection technique used a questionnaire distributed via an online form to the Family Assistance Team of 354 respondents from a total population of 3,108 people. Testing was carried out using the SEM-AMOS statistical technique on the 10 proposed hypotheses. The research results show that: (1) Knowledge influences performance, (2) Work quality influences performance, (3) Commitment influences performance, (4) Knowledge influences job satisfaction, (5) Work quality influences job satisfaction, ( 6) Commitment influences job satisfaction, (7) Job satisfaction influences performance, (8) Knowledge influences performance through job satisfaction, (9) work quality influences performance through job satisfaction, and (10) Commitment influences performance through satisfaction the work of the Family Assistance Team to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Lamongan Regency.

Misconceptions are things that must be avoided by teachers and students in learning. The reality in the field shows that there are still many students who experience misconceptions, one of which is in mathematics. This study aims to describe the misconception of PGMI UINSU students on flat building material with the application of Polya Theory. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were conducted to several students who had the most misconceptions of all students in UINSUs PGMI class. The cause of misconceptions that occur is the ability to understand the concepts and images given to the problem. Alternatives include re-explaining, class discussion or using cognitive conflict strategies.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand image, and Instagram on consumer purchasing decisions on Bittersweet by Najla products. Researchers used the sample used in this study as many as 105 respondents who came from consumers who were consumers of Bittersweet by Najla snacks. To analyze data validation, researchers used the analysis technique adopted in this study used validity test using Pearson Correlation, and reliability test using Cronchbachs Alpha, multiple linear regression, t test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between brand awareness on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.035 < 0.05; (2) there is an influence between brand image and purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.006 < 0.05; (3) there is a significant influence between Instagram on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05; and (4) the results of the test for the coefficient of determination show an adjusted R square value of 0.574 which means that as much as 57.4% of the dependent variable in purchasing decisions there are independent variables, namely brand awareness, brand image, and Instagram. While other factors 42.6% are influenced by other factors not examined.

Study This study influences Leadership Style and Person-environment Fit (Pe Fit) To increase Innovative Performance through High-Involvement Human Resource Management Practices (HIHRMPs) for PT Varia Usaha Beton employees. A survey was conducted with a spread questionnaire with the help of Google Forms to all over employees totaling 144 employees. Research results state that there exists an influence significance between Leadership Style and PE fit to HIHRMPs, as well exists an influence significance between Leadership Style and PE fit to Innovative Performance and also existence influence significance between HIHRMPs to Innovative Performance. Companies can make an environment conducive to work for employees who have the creativity to create new solutions and perform innovatively.

This study aims to determine the impact of work ethic and performance allowances on employee performance by moderating work motivation in BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur. This research uses an approach with quantitative methods. Data collection was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed through the SEM PLS method and bootstrapping using Smart PLS software Version 4.0. The respondents in this study were 49 employees from 97 BAPPEDA Provinsi Jawa Timur employees. Using the Likert scale, the data collection instrument uses variables of work ethic, performance benefits, work motivation, and employee performance. The study showed that work ethic and performance benefits positively and significantly affected employee performance. In contrast, work motivation has an insignificant effect on employee performance. Moderation of work motivation strongly influences work ethic and employee performance. Meanwhile, moderation of work motivation does not affect performance allowances on employee performance.

Background - Maternal emergencies encompass a wide range of conditions that can endanger the lives of pregnant women or newborns, so the speed and availability of quality care is crucial in saving the lives of mothers and babies, especially in remote areas such as Bawean Island. Objective - Capacity building for maternal emergency services is a strategic step aimed at improving the ability and efficiency of the health care system to handle emergency situations related to pregnancy and childbirth. Design / methodology / approach - The method used in capacity building is training on the ability to conduct interprofessional collaboration among health workers with lecture, discussion and simulation methods with the use of LTHF simulators so that it is expected that during capacity building activities, participants can experience conditions that resemble real life. This capacity building activity consists of: Providing refreshing material related to maternal emergencies and simulating interprofessional collaboration using the LTHF simulator. Findings - Training participants stated that the above training method was very interesting and provided new experiences to prepare themselves in handling maternal neonatal emergencies that can occur at any time. The increased capacity to manage maternal neonatal emergencies can improve the effectiveness of medical actions and case management in emergency situations involving maternal health during pregnancy, childbirth, or the postpartum period after the training. Maternal neonatal emergencies that are often found are heavy bleeding, eclampsia, infection, asphyxia or other complications that can endanger the lives of pregnant women and their babies. Conclusion - Increasing the capacity of maternal emergency services through the Low Tech High Fidelity (LTHF) Simulator method and Interprofessional Collaboration is a significant step to improve the quality of services and safety of pregnant women and newborns on the island of Bawean.

The purpose of this study was to examine maternal knowledge and the relationship between nutrition and nutritional status in young children. This research is a literature review with a descriptive research method and library research where this research tries to explain the real things, which are happening now or in the past. This article examines maternal knowledge and the relationship between diet and nutritional status in child stunting. Based on studies from many previous studies, it is known that the level of knowledge of mothers about nutrition is effective in supporting the nutrition of their children. It is assumed that mothers who have good knowledge about food choose the right food for themselves and their children.

After the birth of the Aceh Government Law a year ago, the prospect of Special Autonomy in implementing and implementing all government system tools in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam requires high energy. On the other hand, we read that the Unitary State system is in accordance with scientific theory. This research uses qualitative methods to see how individual candidates can survive amidst the onslaught of local and national political parties in Aceh. From the research results, it was found that the existence of individual candidates had caused political tensions in Aceh after the formation of local political parties.The State is also usually called unitary, the form of government is a single structure. It is not composed of several countries like a federation. This means that as a unitary State, there is only one State. Thus, in a unitary state there is only one government, namely the central government which has the highest power or authority in all areas of government.

The current era of globalization is a big challenge faced by local governments. Government agencies are expected to be able to display professional apparatus, have a high work ethic, competitive advantage and have the ability to uphold bureaucratic ethics in carrying out their duties and functions in order to fulfill the aspirations of the community, namely providing the best, fast and precise service. This research aims to determine empirical evidence regarding the influence of education level, work experience and competency on career development, job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this research were employees of the Fire and Rescue Service in Bojonegoro Regency. The sampling technique was a saturated sample, namely all employees who worked at the Fire and Rescue Service in Bojonegoro Regency, namely 129 employees. Hypothesis testing was carried out using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Of the 12 hypotheses analyzed, 10 hypotheses were proven to be accepted and the other 2 hypotheses were rejected.

With the advancement of technology and the increasing penetration of the internet, consumer behavior has undergone significant changes. According to data from Analytic Data Advertising, there has been a dramatic surge of 400% in e-commerce activities since March 2020, which correlates with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to analyze the influence of live streaming, store badges, and store ratings on brand image and purchasing decisions, particularly in the context of online shopping, where consumer decisions are often based on digital information and virtual interactions. The population in this study consists of consumers of Treera Indonesia store. One hundred respondents were identified using purposive sampling techniques with criteria for high shopping intensity on the Shopee platform. Hypothesis testing in this research is conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the analysis of 7 hypotheses, it was found that 6 hypotheses were accepted, and 1 hypothesis was rejected. From these findings, it is concluded that live streaming, store bagde, store ratings and brand image has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. Additionally, store badges and store ratings have a significant positive influence on brand image. However, live streaming does not have a significant influence on brand image.

A reputable company is characterized by its ability to effectively plan and organize human resources as an integral part of a productive workforce, contributing to the realization of organizational objectives. This study seeks to provide empirical evidence on the influence of Work Motivation, Work Life Balance, and Work Productivity on Hustle Culture and Employee Performance. The research population encompasses employees at PT PLN (PERSERO) Main Distribution Unit for South Kalimantan and Central Kalimantan UP3 Palangka Raya. Using the Slovin formula, a sample of 100 respondents was selected. Hypothesis testing employed the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. Analyzing 7 hypotheses revealed that 2 were accepted, while the remaining 5 were rejected. Notably, work motivation and work-life balance were found to have an insignificant impact on hustle culture, contrasting with work productivity, which exhibited a significantly positive influence on hustle culture. Additionally, work motivation, work-life balance, and hustle culture were not found to significantly affect employee performance, in contrast to work productivity, which displayed a noteworthy positive impact on employee performance. These findings underscore the nuanced relationships between motivational factors, work-life balance, productivity, hustle culture, and employee performance within the specific context of PT PLN (PERSERO) in Kalimantan.

This study aims to examine the influence of servant leadership, self-awareness, and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at Badan Perencanaan Pembangungan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The data obtained was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS method using Smart PLS Version 4.0 software. The respondents used in this study were 79 employees out of a total of 97 employees at Badan Perencanaan Pembangungan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. The data collection instrument measured on a Likert scale. The findings revealed that servant leadership, self-awareness, and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant positive influence on employee performance. These results highlight the importance of fostering servant leadership qualities, promoting self-awareness, and encouraging organizational citizenship behavior in improving employee performance at Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur.

The high volume of legal cases involving foreigners in Indonesia underscores the necessity for proficient legal interpreters, as not all foreigners possess a fluent command of the Indonesian language. As a result, the presence of legal interpreters is essential to aid foreigners navigating the legal system. The initial phase of research, which assessed the effectiveness and user experiences of legal interpreters in assisting foreigners throughout the legal proceedings, revealed that police officers engaged two categories of interpreters: ad hoc and professional interpreters. Ad hoc interpreters are temporary interpreters enlisted for specific purposes such as reporting or particular activities. These interpreters may include individuals like tour guides, drivers, spouses of foreigners, family members, and even household staff. On occasion, police officers also utilized colleagues, fellow officers, prosecutors, or lawyers proficient in English to act as legal interpreters. In contrast, professional interpreters often possess certification from reputable institutions, such as universities, translators associations, or English language colleges, ensuring a strong command of English. According to perspectives from police officers, prosecutors, and lawyers, ad hoc interpreters tend to lack linguistic expertise and interpreting skills, leading to subpar interpretation quality. Conversely, professional interpreters exhibit superior linguistic knowledge and are largely proficient in interpreting, resulting in significantly improved interpretation services compared to ad hoc options. Legal practitioners who employ professional interpreters find their assistance invaluable. However, from the viewpoint of detainees, in-house interpreters or interpreters associated with law offices have a tendency to cast suspicion on the foreigners they assist and may steer them toward confessing to what the lawyers desire. Based on the results and discussion, it has been determined that non-professional interpreters correspond to the ad hoc interpreters as described in the initial year of research. The interpreters of this category engage in interpretation tasks only occasionally, typically ranging from 1 to 4 instances over a span of 1 to 2 years. Professional interpreters, on the contrary, are skilled language mediators proficient in English, possessing expertise in various interpreting methods, especially in legal contexts. They are affiliated with professional associations and boast over three years of practical experience. Out of a group of 10 proficient interpreters who responded to the questionnaires, three are employed full-time, while the remaining seven operate as independent freelancers. Among the three full-time interpreters, one is stationed in-house. However, these interpreters did not completely concur with the feedback provided by users. Out of the fifteen feedback points submitted by users, a majority believed that the feedback was somewhat inaccurate. Nonetheless, some points were acknowledged for valid reasons: Firstly, considering the high volume of cases presented at the police office, the interpreters might not be well-versed in all the requisite legal terminology. Additionally, not all legal interpreters have been involved in police office proceedings, which results in an unfamiliarity with interrogation methods and procedures. Secondly, instances of interpreters displaying partiality and assisting foreign clients could stem from a lack of comprehension regarding the ethical guidelines governing legal interpreters. Misunderstandings might arise from payment arrangements, briefings, and directives received from supervisors (in the case of in-house interpreters) or from the police (for freelancers). The involvement of lawyers, foreigners, or the police in their compensation might lead to interpreters providing advice, suggestions, and direction for foreigners to admit certain actions. However, only a small subset of interpreters is inclined to do so, while the majority refrains from such actions.
